Fresh from back-to-back regulatory wins for Stivarga and Kyprolis, fast-growing Onyx Pharmaceuticals ($ONXX) is adding a new building with more than 100,000 square feet of space to its South San Francisco campus. The new facility can house up to 300 workers for Onyx, which has been on an expansive roll recently. Alexandria Real Estate Equities will develop the new building for Onyx, which is taking a 10-year lease on the structure. Release
