GE HealthCare has debuted Allia Celeo, a ceiling-mounted image guiding system, at the Transcatheter Cardiovascular Therapeutics (TCT) 2026 conference.

The device is engineered to focus on smooth procedural flow and house high patient throughput and versatility across different indications.

It works by pairing an extra-wide-bore C-arm with an AI-powered image chain and remote monitoring with the goal of helping cardiology and interventional radiology teams move through each stage of a procedure with greater confidence and efficiency.

The system is CE-marked and a 510(k) pending with the U.S. FDA.

“Every interventional suite has its own rhythm, and care teams need a system that adapts to the way they work rather than the other way around,” explained Jyoti Gera, CEO of CardioVascular and Interventional Solutions at GE HealthCare, in a statement.

“Allia Celeo extends our Allia platform with a ceiling-mounted system built for that kind of flexibility, giving hospitals more choice in how they configure their interventional suites while supporting our vision for more personalized, precise care.”

The interventional system allows clinicians to adjust gantry and table positions from multiple locations while an on-screen digital twin optimizes positioning and customized controls and layouts support personalized workflows for clinicians.

Built on an image chain that includes AI-enabled features to support informed decision-making across patient anatomies and clinical complexities, Allia Celeo automatically adjusts acquisition parameters with the goal of delivering consistent image quality at the lowest dose, while advanced image rendering offers access to highly differentiated cardiac image renderings designed to match each operator's preference.

Allia Celeo is compatible with OnWatch Predict, a GE HealthCare technology that combines 24/7 remote monitoring with deep learning-based predictive analytics to anticipate unplanned downtime and support proactive service planning.

It’s the second new system in the Allia family to be introduced in less than a year, following the floor-mounted Allia Moveo, unveiled in 2025 and commercially launched earlier this year, alongside an upgrade program that brings the latest Allia platform advancements to existing customers.
