NEA hires former Medtronic EVP Stephen Oesterle

Global venture capital firm New Enterprise Associates has hired Dr. Stephen Oesterle as one of its partners from Medtronic ($MDT), where he was executive vice president. "Dr. Oesterle is one of the most widely known and respected leaders in the medical device industry, and it is an honor to welcome him to the NEA team," said NEA General Partner Dr. Josh Makower, who's founded several medical device companies.
