Device tax opponent downgrades from 'repeal' to 'delay'

Congressman Erik Paulsen (R-MN) has been one of the most vocal opponents of the looming medical device industry tax, but MedCity News reports that he has pulled back on his fighting words. Rather than pushing for an outright repeal, he told the publication that he instead sees a "realistic opportunity for maybe delaying the tax."
