Cancer diagnostic test maker Biocept Laboratories finally went public this week, raising $19 million in its initial public offering. The California company sold 1.9 million shares at $10 each, according to Renaissance Capital, hitting the low end of its initially promised $10 to $12 range. Biocept, which plans to trade on Nasdaq under the symbol BIOC, disclosed IPO plans in November, with a maximum offering of a little over $25 million.
