Site provides trial matches, forum for diabetics

Start-up Corengi (for clinical options research engine) has put its own Web 2.0 spin on subject recruitment. It's developed a site that provides a 20-question survey to help potential subjects narrow the list of available Type 2 diabetes trials, and it then makes matches based on location. The platform also gives users a forum for their trial experiences via posts on such trial-related topics such as parking costs, number of visits per month, and time required away from work, in addition to treatment- and condition-specific topics. E-mail alerts let users know when relevant trials are beginning. Article | Site
