Based on data compiled from results of many targeted re-sequencing and exome experiments, users can search using gene symbols, synonyms and gene descriptions giving a visual display of coverage of specific target regions. In addition to providing coverage data, mSeq(TM) reports in a handy summary view of searched gene regions.
