The partnership with LABCO will provide the implementation, marketing, and support of a co-branded version of BaseHealth's health management platform across LABCO's entire network of 50,000 referent physicians and its more than 25 million patients per year. With the adoption and deployment of the BaseHealth platform, LABCO physicians and patients will be able to leverage the power of personalized genomics in tandem with a comprehensive health assessment. LABCO's network of physicians will now be able to engage their patients in a highly collaborative way, creating personalized action plans that positively impact preventable common complex diseases including type 2 diabetes, stroke, osteoarthritis, heart disease and others.
The BaseHealth platform leverages the broad appeal of genomic data in combination with clinical and behavioral analysis to provide personalized, evidence-based health assessments in collaboration with a user's physician or health coach. Physicians and health coaches use the platform to effectively engage patients in a lifelong commitment to wellness.
