Contract manufacturer Capsugel signed a deal to buy a pair of smaller rivals in an effort to expand its capabilities in drug production. The company is paying an undisclosed sum for Xcelience and Powdersize, two firms that specialize in commercial manufacturing, packaging and labeling. More
