The Society for Clinical Research Sites (SCRS) has launched a data intelligence platform to offer fresh insights into how different locations compare.
The Eagle Insights Dashboard will give clinical trial sponsors and CROs the ability to view a score that reflects how they perform on the site relationships that matter most to trial success, according to an Oct. 15 release.
The score is an aggregate of ratings in categories ranging from study start-up and planning, business development, contract language, communication and advocacy, representative patient populations and technology, among others. Sponsors and CROs can use site feedback to identify and address engagement gaps early, benchmark performance against peers and make more informed investment and process decisions.
Over time, these insights can help strengthen relationships with sites and build a more collaborative reputation within the clinical trial site community, SCRS suggested.
By November, the dashboard will include data from 2025 and 2026 so organizations can analyze trends and performance over time. SCRS—the only global organization dedicated exclusively to representing the interests of clinical research sites—said a “leading global biopharmaceutical company has alreay adopted the dashboard as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening site relationships.
“Every sponsor and CRO says they want to be a partner of choice for sites, but very few have had a reliable way to measure whether that's actually true,” Jimmy Bechtel, chief site success officer at SCRS, said in the release. “The Eagle Insights Dashboard provides that measurement.”
“It surfaces exactly where site relationships are working, where they're not, and how an organization compares to its peers and competitors,” Bechtel added. “These data enable sponsors and CROs to act on objective signals instead of assumptions.
