Zosano Pharma Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

FREMONT, Calif. -- Zosano Pharma Corporation (Nasdaq: ZSAN) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,500,000 shares of common stock at a price to the public of $11.00 per share. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on the NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol "ZSAN" on January 27, 2015. All of the common stock is being offered by Zosano Pharma. In addition, Zosano Pharma has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 675,000 additional shares of common stock from Zosano Pharma. The offering is expected to close on January 30, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Ladenburg Thalmann and Roth Capital Partners are acting as joint book-running managers.
