Voyager Therapeutics Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.Nov. 10, 2015 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Voyager Therapeutics, Inc., a clinical-stage gene therapy company developing life-changing treatments for severe diseases of the central nervous system (CNS), today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of$14.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. In addition, Voyager Therapeutics granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 750,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price to cover overallotments, if any. The shares are scheduled to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market onNovember 11, 2015 under the ticker symbol "VYGR." The offering is expected to close onNovember 16, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.

Cowen and Company and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wedbush PacGrow and Nomura are acting as co-managers for the offering.
