Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

ROCKVILLE, Md., Apr 30, 2012 (GlobeNewswire via COMTEX) -- Supernus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the "Company") today announced the initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $5.00 per share. The Company's shares are expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Market on Tuesday, May 1, 2012 under the trading symbol "SUPN." The underwriters have a 30 day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares from the Company.

Citigroup and Piper Jaffray & Co. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and Stifel Nicolaus Weisel are acting as co-managers.
