Sinclair finds new CEO to lead hunt for acquisitions

Hot on the trail of new acquisitions, the UK's Sinclair Pharma says it struck a deal to buy two burn creams from Solvay and has found a new CEO to replace Michael Flynn, who is retiring. Christopher Spooner, who founded HealthCor Management UK, is taking his spot as the company lays plans for more deals. "There are other things we're looking at... we'd like to move to the point where we have four or five key brands developing steady revenues for us," Chief Financial Officer Jerry Randall told Reuters.
