Prime Therapeutics Names Ann Tobin as Chief Compliance Officer

ST. PAUL, Minn., Jan. 28, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Prime Therapeutics (Prime), a leading pharmacy benefit manager (PBM), announced today that it has hired Ann Tobin as Chief Compliance Officer.

Tobin will oversee the company's corporate compliance function. She will work with the company's leadership and employees to help assure that its PBM products and services comply with state and federal regulations.

Tobin has more than 20 years of strong regulatory compliance leadership in the health care industry, with a particularly strong focus on health plans and pharmacy benefit management. Previous to Prime, she held various legal leadership roles at UnitedHealth Group, Diversified Pharmaceutical Services and Medtronic.

Tobin holds academic degrees from Duke University and Oberlin College. She earned her law degree from Northwestern University School of Law.
