Files Registration Statement for Initial Public Offering SALT LAKE CITY, June 11 -- ZARS, Inc., announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of its common stock. All shares of the common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by the Company. The number of shares of common stock and price per share to be sold have not yet been determined. Cowen and Company and CIBC World Markets are joint book running managers for the offering. Leerink Swann & Company and Susquehanna Financial Group, LLLP are comanagers.
