Shelley's expertise includes consulting and audit support for government entities, Fortune 500 companies, Taft-Hartley unions and trusts, third-party administrators and managed-care organizations.

Before joining PSG, Shelley served as Sales Vice President for OptumRx. Prior to OptumRx, he created PSRx Advisors, a pharmacy benefit solutions firm formed in partnership with TRICAST Inc., where he oversaw the sales and pharmacy benefits consulting practice.
Shelley has also served as a Principal and Vice President of Business Development for the Burchfield Group, and was a director for PlanetRx and Prime Therapeutics. His earlier pharmaceutical-related positions included Merck.
Shelley earned an MBA from the University of Minnesota-Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
