After running into resistance against its plans to expand in the Broadhollow Bioscience Park on Long Island, OSI Pharmaceuticals says it has decided to consolidate 350 employees in lower Westchester County. The move out of Long Island is a blow for economic development officials there who had been attempting to make the area a mecca for biotech companies. OSI is paying $27 million to acquire a 43-acre site with 400,000 square feet of office and lab space. Report
