Orexigen Therapeutics has filed to raise $86.2 million in an IPO. Orexigen raised $30 million in third-round venture funds near the end of November. The San Diego-based biotech has two compounds in clinical development for obesity: Contrave (Phase II/III) and Excalia (Phase IIb).
