Omeros Corporation Files Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering

SEATTLE, Jan. 9 -- Omeros Corporation announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission relating to the proposed initial public offering of shares of its common stock. All shares of the common stock to be sold in the offering will be offered by Omeros. Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will be acting as the sole book-running manager. Pacific Growth Equities, LLC will be acting as the co- lead manager, and Leerink Swan LLC and Needham & Company, LLC will be acting as co-managers.
