MIAMI & NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Noven Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced the appointment of Krista Roberts as the company's new Vice President of Operations. In this role, Roberts will be responsible for all Noven manufacturing and related operations, reporting to Jeffrey Eisenberg, Noven's President and Chief Executive Officer. Roberts succeeds Richard Gilbert, who retired in April 2014.

Roberts has over 15 years' experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Prior to joining Noven, she held various positions within Baxter International, serving most recently as Plant Manager of Baxter's 600+ person manufacturing facility in Cleveland, Mississippi. Her prior roles at Baxter included Director of Manufacturing, Manufacturing Manager, Manufacturing Superintendent, Department Engineer, and Manufacturing Supervisor.
