NeoRx to invest in new Florida research center

Florida's new biotechnology research center, Scripps Florida, has inked a $2.5 million deal with Seattle based NeoRx to develop new cancer drugs. NeoRx gains the marketing rights to any drugs that are developed. Florida Gov. Jeb Bush calls it a sign of things to come.
