David Cohen originally joined Millennium Laboratories as Chief Analytics Officer. In his 28-year career, Mr. Cohen has served as a public company Chief Financial Officer, Controller and later Executive Vice president of a $500 million dollar real estate conglomerate operating in 38 states and the commonwealth of Guam. He has also been involved with several start-ups and turnaround situations. His reputation as a skilled negotiator is well-earned - he has raised more than $35 million for specific projects in private and public offerings.
He has a Bachelor of Science degree in both Economics and Accounting. A Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Cohen has twice been licensed by the National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) as a Financial Operations Principal.
