KIKA Clinical Solutions Releases VeracityTM 3.10, Newest Version of its Advanced EDC Platform for Clinical Trial Management
BOSTON & PARIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--KIKATM Clinical Solutions continues to drive EDC technology innovation with VeracityTM 3.10, the latest release of its market-leading, advanced EDC platform. KIKA is the leading provider of advanced EDC solutions for Clinical Asset ManagementTM for the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device markets.

VeracityTM is a highly configurable, collaborative platform for all clinical trial stakeholders. Its Web services architecture enables customers to integrate VeracityTM seamlessly into their clinical IT systems. It enables all clinical trial stakeholders to collect, monitor, adjudicate, analyze and manage all clinical study data (CRF, medical images, lab data, etc) in real time, and store them into a CDISC-ready database. Veracity is supported by an ISO-certified quality environment. It enables regulatory compliance including 21 CFR Part 11.

KIKA CEO Linda Beneze said, "Our customers and partners report that VeracityTM 3.10 improves their ability to collect, control and maximize their most important clinical trial asset - their data."

VeracityTM 3.10 delivers several features and improvements, including:

  • Document Management - The VeracityTM system assists with document management by offering a set of integrated tools that provide the capability to convert any file to a PDF, perform PDF redaction tasks (for de-identification) and PDF document merging. This is especially useful in managing online adjudication source documents.
  • Monitoring Queries Enhancement - Veracity TM now makes it even easier for monitors/CRAs to manage non-answered queries. Additionally, the Query Overview has been improved and now presents additional useful information for query resolution (i.e., query aging).
  • New Version of DICOM Integration Plug-in (DIP) - VeracityTM 3.10 includes DIP 4.3, an imaging component with a revised user interface that provides clear navigation, icons and menus. KIKA also revised the security mechanism at the client side to ensure a stronger platform and better performance.

Additionally, VeracityTM 3.10 includes new tools that improve study configuration efficiency in performing tasks such as site/user data import.
