In addition, Juno Therapeutics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,653,437 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. Juno Therapeutics' common stock is expected to begin trading on The NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "JUNO" on December 19, 2014. The offering is expected to close on December 23, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
