Manuel Ruiz, managing director of intelligent iT has witnessed a furious shift in demand for services that have forced a retooling of just about everything the iT services company has to offer, from adjusting workflow and staffing hours to meeting late-night demand for support, to outsourced CTO accountability for emerging companies with limited budgets.

The band-aid approach, says Ruiz, just doesn’t fit the bill.
