India's Torrent buying German generic drug distributor

US drug giant Pfizer says it is selling its German generic drug distributor to India's Torrent Pharmaceuticals for an undisclosed price. The deal for Heumann Pharma, which has annual sales of $121 million, is expected to close in August.
