Immunotec Announces CEO Departure
VAUDREUIL-DORION, QUEBEC--(Marketwired - May 13, 2013) - Immunotec Inc. (TSX VENTURE:IMM), a Canadian based company and a leader in the wellness industry (the "Company"), today announced that the employment of Mr. Robert M. Henry, Chairman of the Board of Directors and CEO, has ended on Friday, May 10, 2013.
The Board of Directors is considering options for filling the vacancy in the Company's management team resulting from Mr. Henry's departure and will promptly make a decision that will be publicly announced as soon as practicable.
