SEATTLE and SOUTH SAN FRANCISCO, Calif., July 24, 2014 -- Immune Design (IMDZ) announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 5,000,000 shares of its common stock at a price of $12.00 per share for an aggregate offering of $60.0 million, before underwriting discounts, commissions and expenses. All of the shares of common stock are being offered by Immune Design. In addition, Immune Design has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 750,000 additional shares of common stock.
The shares of Immune Design's common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "IMDZ" beginning on July 24, 2014. The offering is expected to close on July 29, 2014, subject to customary closing conditions.
Jefferies LLC and Leerink Partners LLC are acting as joint book-running managers and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC is acting as lead manager for the offering.
