GlaxoSmithKline has agreed to fork over $150 million to settle government claims that it engaged in a scheme to inflate prices for two anti-nausea drugs bought by Medicare and Medicaid. The company was accused of encouraging use by charging physicians less for the drugs and allowing them to pocket the difference.
