CLARENCE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Greatbatch Medical announced today that it has signed a five-year agreement with Boston Scientific’s Cardiology, Rhythm and Vascular Group. The agreement is effective immediately.
This agreement replaces the previous contract between the two companies, and expands the depth of the relationship by adding multiple new product lines to the agreement—highlighting the value of our partnership.

Greatbatch Medical and Boston Scientific have additional agreements pertaining to other products and systems. Those contracts remain in place and have not been impacted by this agreement.
