Sandra Poole has a big task on her hands. As the head honcho at Genzyme's Allston Landing facility, she now has to prove to a long lineup of regulators that the contamination that forced Genzyme to halt production of Cerezyme at the plant is a thing of the past. Early Friday morning Poole had the facility up and running at full capacity. Now Poole and her new management team have to keep it humming and avoid any future snafus. Article
