Unum is a Cambridge, MA-based immunooncology company creating the next generation of engineered cellular therapies. The company has developed an antibody-coupled T-cell receptor (ACTR) that, when combined with tumor-specific antibodies, directs a patient's T-cells to kill tumor cells.
