All of the shares are being offered by Editas Medicine. In addition, the company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 885,000 shares of common stock from Editas Medicine at the public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions, to cover over-allotments, if any. The company's common stock has been approved for listing on the NASDAQ Global Select Market and is expected to begin trading on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 under the ticker symbol "EDIT."
