Diagnostics Industry Veteran Peter Kaspar Joins Daktari Board Of Directors

CAMBRIDGE, Mass., Aug. 4, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Daktari Diagnostics, which is commercializing a diagnostic platform to meet the need for accuracy, speed, and simplicity at the point of care, welcomes Dr. Peter Kaspar to its Board of Directors.

Peter has more than 30 years of experience in the life sciences and diagnostics industries. He worked for bioMerieux from 2006 to 2011 as Head of the Microbiology unit and Head of Global Research and Development. He was also instrumental in technological development and business development for the Foundation for Innovative New Diagnostics (FIND) in Geneva.

As Peter joins the Board, Professor Ed Roberts of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology will step down from his Director position. Ed was a founding Director of Daktari.
