Clovis Oncology Announces Pricing of Initial Public

BOULDER, Colo., Nov 15, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Clovis Oncology, Inc. announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 10,000,000 shares of its common stock at $13.00 per share, before underwriting discounts and commissions. All of the common stock is being offered by Clovis Oncology. In addition, the underwriters have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,500,000 shares of common stock from Clovis Oncology to cover over-allotments, if any.

Shares of Clovis Oncology's common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Select Market under the symbol "CLVS" beginning on November 16, 2011. The offering is expected to close on November 21, 2011, subject to customary closing conditions.
