Acquisition creates global contract research organization (CRO) focused on technology-amplified clinical and product development services
MORRISVILLE, N.C. & ZURICH, SWITZERLAND--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Clinipace Worldwide, a global digital clinical research organization (dCRO), and Swiss-based PFC Pharma Focus (PFC) today jointly announced a definitive merger agreement under which Clinipace Worldwide has acquired all outstanding shares of privately-held PFC and its subsidiaries. Based in Zurich, Switzerland - with offices in Germany, Israel and India - PFC is a pan-European contract research provider focused on drug and medical device development services and regulatory consulting.
