Aradigm has named Igor Gonda, the former CEO of the specialty pharma company Acrux, as its new chief executive. He replaces Bryan Lawlis, who is also stepping down from the board. Aradigm is transitioning its focus to develop and market therapies for respiratory ailments. The company also reported that its second quarter loss widened to $12.4 million.
