SAN DIEGO, Jan. 12, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Optimer Pharmaceuticals, Inc. today announced that Tessie M. Che, Ph.D., Chief Operating Officer & Senior Vice President, Corporate Affairs, is departing the Company to pursue other interests.
