In this position Charlie will assume leadership for all scientific technical service activities and associated personnel. He will implement and execute strategic plans, policies, and procedures to ensure SNBL USA's toxicology services meet or exceed clients' needs, timelines, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Charlie Barker has over 22 years industry experience in the toxicology field, including government research laboratories, and is well-versed in many areas of the drug development process. Prior to joining SNBL USA, he has held various positions including senior director of technical operations at WuXi AppTec, operations manager at Charles River, and animal care specialist as a member of the Army Veterinary Corps with assignments at Walter Reed Army Institute of Research, the Naval Medical Research Institute and Tripler Army Medical Center. Mr. Barker holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Biomedical Science from Crown University and is an AALAS-certified Laboratory Animal Technician. Charlie has a strong background in developing successful training programs that produce highly qualified, motivated technical staffs and mentoring staff members in career development.
