WHAT: Cephalon, Inc., (Nasdaq: CEPH) will hold a public memorial service to celebrate the life of the company's founder and late Chairman and CEO, Dr. Frank Baldino, Jr.
WHEN: Tuesday, February 1, 2011, at 6:00 p.m.
WHERE: The Franklin Institute, 222 North 20th Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

ABOUT DR. BALDINO
Dr. Baldino founded Cephalon in 1987 and led the company from a privately held startup to one of the top ten biotechnology companies in the world. He was a recognized pioneer in the biotechnology industry; but, his most enduring legacy will be his accomplishments as a civic leader, a mentor, a philanthropist, and most notably, a husband and father.
Dr. Baldino died on December 16, 2010, from complications associated with leukemia. He was 57 years old.
