
Roy C. Levitt, M.D., Genaera's CEO, resigned effective December 31, 2005, and John (Jack) L. Armstrong, Jr., the company's president and COO, will succeed him as Genaera's interim CEO. It is expected that Dr. Levitt will complete his term on the company's board of directors and continue as a consultant to the company.
