Boehringer outlines next step in $382M expansion

Boehringer Ingelheim has submitted the blueprints for two new buildings on its Connecticut campus, part of its $382 million expansion plan first laid out in 2007. The 60,000 square feet of added space includes a support building for the process development laboratory as well as a new facility for "pilot scale pharmaceutical development equipment and the airlocks associated with these equipment rooms."
