ESI Florida, a biotech investment outfit, aims to set up shop in Jupiter, FL, where it plans to create 150 jobs and invest in local companies through a hoped-for $50 million fund, the South Florida Business Journal reports. The company, which is affiliated with Endeavor Capital of New Zealand, has grabbed a $300,000 loan guarantee from the town of Jupiter and aims to lease 27,000 square feet of labs and offices to house its operations.
