"Rick has demonstrated great success in helping drive positive transformations within distinguished companies worldwide," said Brent Saunders, chief executive officer, Bausch + Lomb. Mr. Heinick most recently served as a senior partner with Schaffer Consulting, where he advised executives on organizational transformation and people issues. The core of his work involved counseling executive teams to maintain an unrelenting focus on accelerating business results, and developing an internal capacity for continuous improvement.
