ARCA Regains NASDAQ Listing Compliance

BROOMFIELD, Colo., May 13, 2010 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ARCA biopharma, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company developing genetically targeted therapies for heart failure and other cardiovascular disease, today announced that it received notification from the NASDAQ Stock Market that the Company has demonstrated compliance with the minimum stockholders' equity requirement for the NASDAQ Global Market set forth in Listing Rule 5450(b)(1)(A) and that ARCA is in compliance with all applicable requirements for continued listing on the NASDAQ Global Market.
