SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Agilent Technologies Inc. (NYSE:A) today announced the promotion of Michael Tang to senior vice president, general counsel and secretary, effective immediately.
Tang has served as Agilent vice president, assistant general counsel and assistant secretary, and he has been responsible for advising the board of directors and management team on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and securities matters.
