Vivus in line for $140M payday on EvaMist approval

Just months after licensing EvaMist from Vivus, KV Pharmaceutical announced that the FDA has approved the therapy for the treatment of menopausal symptoms. Vivus is positioned to earn a $140 million milestone payday on approval along with two sizeable milestones for sales goals. Shares of Vivus were buoyed by the news.
