VC group raises €200M for biotech
Amsterdam-based Forbion Capital Partners has spun out the life sciences arm of ABN AMRO Capital into a new VC group that has raised €200 million from ABN AMRO and Coller Capital. The Forbion team led the €40M second round for Santaris Pharma as well as the first round of Amsterdam Molecular Therapeutics and the second round of PanGenetics.
