Valeant buys DermaTech for $12.5M
Valeant Pharmaceuticals announced that it will purchase Austraila's DermaTech for $12.5 million (AU$19 million). DermaTech develops dermatology products that are marketed throughout Austrailia and overseas. Valeant, which develops dermatology and neurology products, said the acquisition compliments its current pipeline and expands the company's presence in Australia.
